Room Service is available from 07.30 to 22.30, with an extra charge of € 8.00 per person. For room service breakfast (07.30 – 10.30) we kindly ask you to fill out the brakfast card and hang it on the outside door handle by 06.00.

To call another room, simply dial the number of the room you wish to contact.

In the room

Bathroom alarm
In the event of an emergency/urgent assistance, please pull the cord inside the shower. Our Reception Team will receive an alert and will try to contact you by phone. If there is no response, the Staff will automatically be authorised to enter the room to verify the emergency and your safety.

Air conditioning and heating.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is possible to switch it on/off and vary the temperature via the thermostat inside the room. All windows are equipped with an open window detection system that turns off the air conditioning or heating automatically if it detects that the window is open.

Do not disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed, we kindly ask you to hang the “Please do not disturb” sign on the outside door handle or click the “Do not disturb” button on the thermostat device. In the presence of such a sign/signal, hotel staff will not be allowed to enter the room.

Room cleaning
The cleaning service is carried out daily by 16.00. If you wish your room to be cleaned as a priority, we kindly ask you to hang the “Please make-up the room” tag on the outside door handle.

Pet in the room
If you do not wish our staff to enter the room while your pet is in the room, please hang the ‘Pet in room’ tag on the handle outside the door.

No smoking
We would like to remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden in your room and in all public areas. Throughout the hotel there are smoke detectors that activate the alarm in the event of a violation.

Laundry service

Laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services are available from Monday to Friday.
The service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Laundry must be delivered by 9.30. and will be returned within 48 hours.
To request the service, please fill in the laundry form inside your room, place your clothes in the bag provided and contact Reception to request collection.
