We have activated a series of procedures and protocols
to ensure maximum security for all our Guests and Staff.
Our protocol strictly follows the indications received from the Italian Government, together with the general guidelines of the WHO and the Ministry of Health, with the aim of reducing the risk of contagion and the creation of crowds.
It is understandable that, depending on the evolution of the epidemiological scenario, the measures indicated may change.
- Rooms are cleaned and sanitised before the arrival of each guest
- All common areas, surfaces, handles, switches etc. are disinfected several times during the day
- All our staff have been instructed to take all preventive measures
- A minimum distance of one metre is ensured in common areas, including the breakfast room
- Electronic payments are preferred, by sending secure links for remote payments
- Sanitizers are available in common areas
- Every item provided to guests is sanitised before and after each use
- All rooms and common areas are aired periodically
- The frequency of cleaning/maintenance/replacing air filters in the air conditioning/heating system is increased
- In order to avoid crowds and ensure spacing, check-in and check-out procedures are speeded up
